October 6, 2014 – Sterling, VA –BringCom Incorporated, a leader in supplying innovative communications services, announced it has been awarded new contracts in the last three months valued at $1.1 million. The awards call for BringCom to provide managed fiber optic, wireless and satellite circuit services to new and current governmental and commercial customers operating in Africa, Europe and the United States.
The new contracts include the following services:
- Satellite connectivity from oil/gas sites for a West Africa communications provider
- Satellite monitoring systems for two international satellite system suppliers from the Djibouti Teleport
- Enterprise satellite connectivity for a commercial company in Zambia
- Fiber connectivity from Africa to Europe for European Union Naval activities
- Fiber connectivity for a 9M Ku-band antenna system recently installed at the Djibouti Teleport
